Divvy Headquarters

Draper, UT

DESCRIPTION

Lighting for a Workplace That Draws People In

Divvy’s Draper headquarters was designed as more than a place to work. It’s a destination built to support growth, connection, and creativity. Our lighting approach reflects that vision, shaping an environment that feels both energized and comfortable throughout the day.

A two-story central gathering space anchors the experience, filled with natural daylight and open movement. Indirect lighting and subtle accents reinforce the architecture while allowing the space to shift easily between daily use and larger events. Across amenity areas, warm ambient layers pair with decorative elements to create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere that supports both focus and recharge.

Work zones, huddle rooms, and open-plan areas are designed with flexibility in mind. Daylight-responsive controls and occupancy-based zoning adapt in real time, aligning energy performance with how people actually use the space. Integrated within a broader smart-building system, lighting works in sync with materials and finishes to create a cohesive, refined environment.

From first impression to daily routine, the space supports both brand identity and the people behind it.
